Safety

Our company strives to provide superior standards of service with the utmost importance on the protection, health, and safety of our employees, the community and the environment.

CSC Ltd. is a proud member of the Alberta Construction Association, participating in the Partnership in Injury Reduction Program (PIR).

We have designed our EH&S and Substance Abuse Programs around the strictest of health, safety and environmental standards.

We are committed to the continuous development of the program and place emphasis on exceeding any previous standard.

Mission Statement

CSC Ltd.'s goal is to protect from accidental loss of its employees, clients, resources, and equipment. We aim to accomplish a safe work environment for all personnel on each and every worksite.

Active participation by management and employees is necessary in preventing
accidents. We understand that joint involvement by all has a direct effect
on the frequency of accidents and their prevention.

Our goal is to establish maximum cooperation based on a strong sense of personal responsibility; thereby, eliminating physical suffering and hardship to our employees and their families.

We are dedicated to the safety of our workers.

Training

We strongly believe in teamwork in the workplace and encourage the continuous personal and professional development of our employees. We share our knowledge through open communication to promote team building and learning.

Instructional courses coupled with an intensive hands-on training period, enable our new employees to acquire the skill and knowledge needed to make responsible decisions, with both confidence and expertise.

Our field supervisors and safety coordinators come with years of experience and training. Their goal is to ensure CSC Ltd.'s safety standards, level of productivity, and quality of work is maintained.
